A kick-off meeting is the first meeting we hold with you, whether online or in the office. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your wishes and ambitions to get a clear picture of what you want to achieve, why you want it, and how we can best help you achieve it. After approval of the proposal from phase 1, we begin the functional design. This is similar to an architect’s design. The design graphically represents all screens and functionalities.
The design will be realized based on your input. The goal is to translate the wishes from phase 1 into a concrete design so that both parties know exactly what to expect in the subsequent phases.
Once the design is fully developed, we’ll present it to you. You can then provide feedback, which we’ll then incorporate. Once all your input has been incorporated and you’re satisfied with the design, we’ll begin the next phase.
Once the functional design is completed, we work with a phased payment structure to keep the process transparent and manageable. An initial payment is made at the start of the project, a second installment is due midway through development, and the final balance is settled upon delivery. This approach provides clarity for both parties and ensures the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
After the budgeting phase, the project moves into development. To keep everything structured and transparent, we organize all work into clear tasks on a ticket board. Each task starts in the “To Do”column, moves to “Doing” once development begins, and is placed under “Done” when completed.
This simple workflow allows both our team and the client to easily follow the project’s progress in real time and ensures that every step is visible from start to finish.
Once an application is delivered, it requires maintenance, just like a car. That’s why we always offer a service contract. This includes:
– 1. Maintenance/Security : We perform all updates for iOS, Android, and all associated systems.
– 2. Hosting : We ensure that all data you collect in your application is securely stored on a server. This server receives daily backups and is well-maintained.
– 3. Warranty : If you sign a service contract with us, you receive a warranty on all the functionalities we’ve developed. If there’s a problem with your application, you can report it to us, and we’ll address it free of charge within one business day.
– 4. Support : We’re here to support you with any questions you have about your application, its administration, settings, and other matters related to your project. You can ask us an unlimited number of questions free of charge.
– 5. Monitoring : We implement monitoring software so you can gain insight into your application’s usage and we can monitor, fix, and report any crashes.
